Booking Terms & Condition
1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process.

A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. Please present this upon check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate Bookings
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. -
Non-Refundable Rate Bookings
All bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy

In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
4. Date Changes

Requests to change the booking date must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability and rate differences.

No changes allowed for non-refundable bookings.
5. Early Departure

No refunds or credit will be issued for early check-outs.
6. Check-in / Check-out Time

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in, depending on room type and duration of stay.
8. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and select e-wallets. Cash payment is also accepted at the front desk.
9. Damage & Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
The Kannas reserves the right to charge for any repair, replacement, or extra cleaning required.
10. Special Requests

While we strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., specific room, early check-in), these are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
