Booking Terms & Condition

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. Please present this upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate Bookings
    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Bookings
    All bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

  • In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

4. Date Changes

  • Requests to change the booking date must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability and rate differences.

  • No changes allowed for non-refundable bookings.

5. Early Departure

  • No refunds or credit will be issued for early check-outs.

6. Check-in / Check-out Time

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM
    Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in, depending on room type and duration of stay.

8. Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and select e-wallets. Cash payment is also accepted at the front desk.

9. Damage & Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
    The Kannas reserves the right to charge for any repair, replacement, or extra cleaning required.

10. Special Requests

  • While we strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., specific room, early check-in), these are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
