CHILD POLICY: children under the age of 3 using the existing beddings stays free for charge.
CAR PARK: 80 free on-site parking spots available (both indoor and outdoor parking are available).
ACCESSIBILITY: elevators to all floors, wheelchair accessible entrance.
SECURITY SYSTEM: 24 hours CCTV & security guard.
INTERNET ACCESS: all area complimentary internet access.
COOKING: guests are more than welcome to cook in their apartment's kitchen using the utilities provided (except in studios where only light cooking is possible).
PETS: we regret to inform you that pets are strictly not allowed.
SMOKING: the apartment is entirely and strictly non-smoking. Violation shall be subjected to a 5,000THB fine.
